These days everybody is increasingly waking up to the need for an attractive home decor. With a wide range of decoration ideas that are available, there are now a number of ways to achieve an artistic look for your house. Nowadays, the bathroom, a long neglected portion of the house is being spruced up and decorated in style.
People spend a great deal of time in the bathroom. It is not just a place to take a hurried wash. The bathroom is the place where we groom ourselves in the morning and wash away the tiredness of the day in the evening.
We begin and end each day there. Proper lighting is therefore very important in the bathroom. No longer is lighting limited to one fixture fitted at the top of a mirror. While this has been the most common style through years, there are now available a range of fixtures that you can choose from. There are new and trendy bathroom fixtures that are functional and look wonderful as well.

For many of us, the bathroom is the one room in the house where the style hasn’t changed in 15 years. Rather than spending money on renovating the bathroom, we put the money towards remodeling the kitchen, buying new furniture and carpeting for the living room, or renovating the master bedroom.
The bathroom is almost always the last room in the house to get a face lift. Nevertheless, the time will come (or quite possibly has come) for the bathroom to shed its 1970s wallpaper and linoleum, and be reborn in a more modern décor.
However, remodeling the bathroom takes more than changing the paint, paper, and flooring. If you want to do it right, you need to get rid of that outdated vanity, sink, and faucet, (yes, even the faucet) and replace them with some modern bathroom fixtures.
